Okay I was at my riding lesson on Wednesday and it was the best one yet! The horse I rode, Stitch, was really stubborn but way nicer than last week (because last week, she hadn't been ridden for over three weeks so she was naughty). We were in a rectangle outdoor arena, and even though she was better than last week, she stopped at every corner when she loped. So I learned how to get her through the corners better. To get the horse to lope, you kick her and make a "kissy" sound, (My trainer always says "Kiss and kick!" When she wants us to lope,) so I figured out that, duh, you just had to make the sound as soon as she started to slow down by the corners. And my mom got a picture of that. Unfortunately, I'm really making a pretty stupid face, and my feet are in the wrong place in the stirrups (there was always a little burst of speed, and that first time I was really unprepared, so my feet fell out of the stirrups. I stuck them back in so I didn't fall out, and that's when my mom took the picture.) Yeah, I'm really excited about this picture as you can see :D I know its not the best picture, but if you look at some of my mom's
other pictures, it makes this one look professional :P (Yeah she's really horrible at taking pictures. She holds the camera soooo crooked!)
So. Here it is.

Yes, its very exciting. I'll have to post some of my mom's other pictures that I didn't rotate on Picnik to make them straight :P
